My name is Monica, I am a qualified Humanistic Integrative counsellor with a Foundation Degree (FdSc) from the University of Greenwich and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

I work with children, adolescents and adults. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, isolation, anger, loss, bereavement, relationships, stress, low self-esteem, self-harm, suicidal thoughts and abuse.

How I Work

I use a combination of complementary therapeutic approaches, which enables me to tailor therapy to meet each individual needs. Counselling with me is confidential and professional, I offer a non-judgmental space for exploring difficulties and support you to make the changes you require to live a more fulfilling life. I offer both short-term and long-term counselling / psychotherapy.

In addition to my private practice, I work with children as a play therapist at a primary school in London. I  work as a youth/student counsellor at Richmond Upon-Thames FE College and I have worked as a counsellor at Age UK Surrey, visiting clients in their own homes.
